Design VIP days are where you get my undivided attention for the whole day and we work intensely on your project for the day. They have quickly become one of my favorite ways to work with clients because we’re able to achieve months of work in just one day.
I love working with clients over several months because I get to know them really well and it’s always so satisfying to see a big project come to life.
But there is also something really fun about working in a day sprint to make a big impact on your business in a very little amount of time.
I’ve been told that what I can get done on a VIP day is pretty ambitious.
However by combining my years of experience, efficient work mode, and organization skills we can get A LOT done in a 7-hour sprint.
VIP days are great for:
Over the course of a couple VIP days, I worked with Christina to create a sales page for her new high-ticket program all about how to start earning passive income with a digital products shop. We also worked on setting up a webinar and challenge opt-in pages, thank you pages, and a sub-brand for her program.
Carrie and I have worked together before on a sales page so when Carrie handed over a 26 page Google Doc of copy for her new program I was confident I could turn it into a sales page during our VIP day together.
I worked with Sarah Jane to create a custom welcome page for her wedding couples for after they book a photography package with her. We decided to make it into a page on her website instead of a PDF document. This way she could quickly and easily update it herself in the future and to make it easier for her couples to navigate.
It details everything her clients need to know before their wedding, sample wedding day timelines, and Sarah Jane’s preferred vendor list.
Who is a good fit for this?
Design VIP days are a great fit if you are in a time crunch and need your project completed quickly or if you have a project that you want to get done that doesn’t need a multi-month timeline.
Step One: Book your date on the calendar.
Please ensure that you are available through-out this day for scheduled check-ins and to give feedback on the project’s progress.
Step Two: Create your design wishlist
Create a list of everything that you would like to get done during our day together. We’ll go over what I expect we can get done, set priorities, and set expectations for if we don’t complete everything and create a “nice-to-have” list if I get finished with some time to spare.
Step Three: Gather your materials
Before our scheduled day you’ll send over any assets that I may need to complete our work together. This could include your brand guidelines, brand photos, and any copy that I may need.
Step Four: VIP Day Sprint
It’s time to get shit done! During our VIP day we’ll have a schedule to follow with designated check in times. During which you can view the project’s progress and when I can expect feedback from you.
I do reserve the right to cancel and refund you if I decide that we aren’t a good fit or if your project isn’t a good fit for a VIP day.
