Creating a smooth and streamlined client experience is essential to running a successful design business. It helps keep you and your client on track with your project. During the early days of Quill & Co, I’d find myself forgetting to email my clients a reminder about our upcoming scheduled call, or having to continually write the same emails out over and over. At Quill and Co, we now use Dubsado for our client management. It is a great tool for streamlining our client’s experience and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
From the first step of inquiring with us, we use Dubsado. We can easily manage our inquired clients and then set up automated workflows to ensure that we never miss a step in keeping up with them. From this initial form, we can then set them up in a workflow, create follow-up tasks, or even schedule a sales call all inside of Dubsado.
We then use Dubsado to create custom forms, contracts, and invoices to make sure our clients have all the information they need.
Once they set up a call to chat with me, I have Dubsado automatically send them confirmation and reminder emails to keep us both on track for our deadline. If something comes up before the call, they can easily reschedule without ever having to talk to me. This saves me so much time of back-and-forth emailing.
If the client goes ahead with a VIP Day, for example, we add them to the VIP Day workflow and Dubsado can customize it based on the day of their scheduled VIP day. The workflow will add in a VIP Day Contract, and email sequence, and we can even add in invoice and invoice schedule from here. This ensures we get all the relevant information we need from them before their VIP Day and that we keep in continuous contact with them without too much extra work.
Additionally, Dubsado integrates with a variety of other tools, such as Slack, Zapier, and Notion. All tools we use here at Quill and Co to help with our client experience and honestly, to keep all the moving parts running smoothly. With Dubsado, you can provide an unforgettable client experience and keep your business running smoothly.
