Emily, interior designer of park21 design, gets most of her clients through word of mouth and referrals but she was feeling a little bit embarrassed of her old website. She was worried that when those referrals actually did go to her website they would be confused by the website and doubt their friend’s recommendation.
So we got to work by first refining her branding through a VIP Day. You can read all about her brand transformation (and about VIP days) over here. Once we refined her brand we took a break from the project so that Emily could get new brand photos done and work on her website copy.
Once Emily was ready we picked up her project again, spruced up the copy and gave it a beautiful home that actually feels like Emily, and is destined to attract clients.
Some of our favorite parts of the website:
Clean portfolio slider to showcase her new work while keeping it easy for her to update on her own in the future.
Lots of strategic calls to action prompting browsers to reach out to her, resulting in more bookings.
Unexpected interactive elements that create a more delightful user experience and keeps the user engaged and continuously exploring the site.

We love to shock our clients…in a good way.
“I’m in shock and in such a good way. You did an AMAZING job!!! I can’t thank you enough. You took the little snippets form me and made them awesome!!! I love the little 3 things you didn’t know about me. I love the call to action that I thought I didn’t need. I love it all. I can’t thank you enough. I don’t have anything that I want changed….”
